Grana Padano
Hard Italian cow’s milk cheese – the cousin of Parmesan Reggiano.
Manchego
Semi-firm mild sheep's milk from La Mancha, Spain- aged 3 months, slightly briny, nutty with hints of caramel.
Chevagne
Medium-hard Dutch goat Emmental-type cheese with a mild nutty flavor and light texture.
Gorgonzola
Soft, crumbly, un-skimmed cow's milk from Italy with sharp blue veining, treasured for its creamy texture.
Vintage Gouda
A firm and flaky 5-year cave aged cow's milk from Holland with hints of caramel, vanilla, smoke and cream - incredible.
Explorateur
Created by the French to honor the first U.S. satellite, Explorer One - unbelievably decadent and indulgent.
