Handcrafted goat cheese from Wisconsin, mild & creamy with roasted garlic, rosemary & thyme.

 

El Iberico Three Milks    5

From the La Mancha region of Spain, this hard cheese is a blend of cows’, sheep’s, and goat’s milk. A full bodied, nutty flavor at the beginning with a fruity finish.
