Enjoy the best deal in town! Double your pleasure - We offer the Chef's choice fresh east coast or west coast oysters nightly for just $1, as well as $2 Pork Belly On-a-Stick - from 5-7pm. Start your evening at Volo with a sampling of ultra-fresh chilled oysters and oyster-friendly wines and/or house-made sangria and mouthwatering pork belly skewers. Volo offers multiple varieties of fresh oysters daily and an ever-changing menu of up to 30 wines available by the glass, or half glass, as well as wine-inspired cocktails and a full bar... it's the ideal place to meet friends and start the evening! Our acclaimed Cabana Patio will be open fringe season with heaters and fleece throw blankets weather permitting on select nights.

Monday-Thursday   5:00pm - 10:00pm (patio open until 11:00pm weather permitting, bar & dining stay open later based on business)

Friday & Saturday   5:00pm - 11:00pm (patio, bar & dining open until midnight)

*Patio open until 11pm weeknights & 12am weekends - now open year-round on weekends and for private events with a retractable trellaced awning and heated on colder evenings

Volo wine flights are the perfect way to start your evening! Discover a trio of boutique wines, choose from four flights nightly, find a favorite, then enjoy for the night!

Volo flights are regularly priced in the $12 to $16 range, with up to 30 boutique wines offered by the glass (or even by the 2.5 oz taste!), plus Volo's wine list regularly offers up to 20 bottles priced priced at $45 or less.
