VOLO MAKES A "SPLASH" AT THE NANTUCKET WINE FESTIVAL

Chef/Partner Stephen Dunne represented Chicago as a "Luminary"at the prestigious Nantucket Food & Wine Festival May 16th - 20th, 2007 on Nantucket Island. Volo was paired with Wente Vinyards for the 7th Annual Gala held at the White Elephant where he prepared his Peaky Toe Crab Salad with preserved lemon and an oil cured tomato coulis.Special thanks goes to The Nesbitt Inn for their gracious hospitality and comfortable accomodations.
